Production time Every item is printed specifically for you after you order, so please allow 2–7 business days of production time before your order ships. This is separate from shipping transit time below.
Where your order ships from We work with a print network that has facilities in Australia, the United States and Europe. Wherever possible, your order is printed at the facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps shipping faster and helps avoid import duties on regional orders.
Estimated delivery (after production)
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary by product and location.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves production.
Customs and import duties For orders shipped across international borders (outside the region they're printed in), the recipient may be responsible for customs fees or import duties charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
The book Books are printed and shipped through a separate print network and may arrive in a different package and on a different timeline than merchandise ordered at the same time.
